When ever I try to sign into xbox live within halo 2, on my 360, it always says "cannot connect to xbox live service. go to account management or press B to cancel."
And when I go to account management there is nothing there to fix ... its just the account management in the 360 dash.
I tried calling xbox live support but the 18 year old chick on the other end was so dumb she couldn't understand what i meant between the difference of playing an xbox1 game on the xbox360 and playing an xbox360 game on the 360. I kept telling her I can connect to live fine in the dash and in any 360 game, but just not in halo 2 which is an xbox1 game.
she just couldn't grasp that concept, it was very frustrating. Then I was put on hold and it disconneted me so I gave up.
Anyone had this problem or know how to solve it?
