That article has numerous factual errors. I can not determine if they are attempting to be humorous or are just ignorant.

Obviously he just made up that figure.

"what is basically a 500 MHZ GeForce 1 computer."
Wow.

"Microsoft claims that the human eye is only capable of seeing 12 frames per second"
Made up.

etc.
 
The Internets should automatically filter out misinformation. I wanna be on those Internets.
