Halo 2 Anandtech Clan!

Alright I know a lot of you have Halo 2 and are having a blast. I was thinking we could start an Anandtech clan. Nothing serious just a bunch of guys/girls who share a common interest and go to the AT forums a lot. All you gotta do is post your gamertag here and I'll create the clan and start adding everyone. It will be an AT Halo 2 club haha....

Also it would be cool if you had a headset cause its much easier to communicate that way.

Anyone think this is a lame idea?

We should get a little more serious about this, weed out the top players and start a real AT clan. I made the switch from halo 1 to halo 2 better than most (from what ive read people are really complaining about the switch) and would like to play with some other good ATers against some of the "we are the best" type clans.

FOR THOSE WHO DONT HAVE XB LIVE , i use and play on XBC (xbox connect) for free and its great. My name on XBC is also GprophetB and my in game nick is GB

I'm not sure actually, but if you are a serious player and want to be in a serious clan then don't join this one, its only for fun and it would be nice to have a long buddy list to make our own custom game room parties games start up much faster that way.

I'm sure we will have serious people in the clan, but I just don't want anyone bitching if we have some weak ones cause the point is to get everyone to play. Plus if weak players play against strong players all the time they learn a lot faster.
 
guys ... there is no comparison.

xbox live > *

hands down. i have tried all of em and was like 'bah im never paying to play on xbox live, its free on xbconnect, kai, etc'

then i did because tiger woods couldnt be played on the tunneling things. and TRUST me its the best purchase i ever made for my xbox. i can't say that enough times. xbox liev is just amazing and so simple! and its cheap as sh!t. its like $50/yr, thats like $4/mo.

Its worth 50 dollars... this is the highest selling game in history and its not overhyped. It hit me as a surprise to see the reviews as I thought it was overhyped but its not, picked it up and its crazy good.

can you be in more than 1 clan at a time? cause if not, then i don't know if i would join this one because i'm waiting for all my friends to get on this game.

i've never done this whole clan thing before so sorry if i sound dumb.

I don't think it matters really. Maybe some hardcore clans out there would deny you but I have never seen any official clandom rules.

well basically i don't wanna be "stuck" in a clan, but i'm sure that won't happen as this isn't like a gang lol.

Alright good we have some people, this will make the game a lot more enjoyable having a buddy list and clan. I will create the clan tonight when I get home, unless someone else just wants to go ahead and create it? Just make the name Anandtech and add people with gamertags on the forums. Also please if you have a gamertag put it in bold its just easier to find when we scroll through this list of people who want to join.

why don't you edit your OP and just list ours there as well, that would make it easier for anyone to get it.

Oh shoot.... can we all get in? Or is that a serious clan and need to get invited? Cause I don't mind joining that as long as you can join the people listed on my OP
