I have noticed in the past couple of years, the spirit of Halloween has been getting less and less. I notice less trick or treaters at my door every year and more leftover candy in the bowl (more for me) 😉 I remember as a kid, going out trick or treating with like 5 or so friends and other kids in the neighborhood and having a blast! There were kids all over. It's sad that it seems to be dimming out. It's such a fun holiday!
 
i turn off the lights when the kids come trick or treating at my condo. we have a NO TRICK OR TREATING policy in our building

🙁BAH. To me the only peaceful thing left in this world is the smile and laughter of little innocent children, not yet doomed by the anxieties and stress of the world as we make it.
I love to give out candy. It makes me happy.
