Halloween Party ideas

Gonna throw a halloween party this year, and I need really scary ideas. Probably about 15-20 people might be coming, but I want this thing to be pretty scary.
Any good ideas on what I can do would be great. I have never been to one, nor thrown one, so I am a bit of an amateur.
I have a bunch of props already, but I was thinking about turning my front yard into a mass graveyard, making some paper mache bodies, and doing various things with them.
Smoke machine, strobe light, Ouija Board.
I just need some scary ideas. Thanks

Styrofoam works well for gravestones. You can also rig up a harness and hang yourself from a tree so you look like a prop and then scream and scare people as they walk by.

It's a good idea, but I dont wanna spend the night outside waiting for kids to scare them.
I have a very awesome halloween cd too. Scares me to death to hear some of the noises on the cd.

People coming to the party are getting freaked out about the Ouija Board, anyone have a bad experience with one?
I think it's all just bs, but I really don't need to call forth any demons. That could really ruin the party.
