Halloween Costumes... Ideas. Anyone?

I know, I'm a dork! Have you ever been to Guavaween? I was there about 10 years ago.... saw a couple of guys dressed as male genitalia.

Man I can't think of what I want to be!! It's really aggravating me...this happens every year.

Last year my roomates and I were going to go to Bourbon St. dressed up as the cast of Scooby Doo (imagine a 6'1" 285lb rugby player as Velma), but I couldn't find a Scooby costume for myself...and it all fell apart, except for one of my roomate who still went as Shaggy.

I'm thinking maybe Cajun man, since I'm Cajun...but I don't think too many people would get it...I'd just look like a farmer or something.

hmm...maybe I'll pull out the old pimp costume from last year's pimps and ho's party and go as a pimp...or hit up the thrift store for some smoove threads.

I've always thought it would be fun to dress as a life-sized Barbie Doll, complete with ditzy bee-stung grin, stiff eyelashes, toeless pink plastic high heels, and a gleaming blonde bouffant wig. Barbie doesn't have any nipples, so I would have to use some flesh-coloured duct tape or Silly Putty or such so that I could look really authentic.

I am going as Homer Simpson! I am shaving my head and going to paint my body yellow (whatever is visible). Some baby blue pants and a white golf shirt and I will be stylin! My brothers GF works in a salon so she is going to paint my head to perfection!

Nothing will beat my costume last year! I Was Gorbechev! (sp?). I acutally shaved the crown of my head to make me look bald (had to shave my head afterwards) and I died my hair blond with purple streaks to make it look like I had grey hair. Then I wore a suit and tie with a Russian hat, and a bottle of vodka inside my jacket pocket . I was voted best costume of the party!

I hope that I don't offend any of you guys with this. a girl I know is having a Halloween party and her family lives in rural New York. There are like zero black (who cares about being politically correct) people around there. Anyway, me and a friend are going to put brown facepaint on our faces and hands and then get black haired afro wigs. We're going to her parent's house dressed as a pair of black guys. Something different!:Q
