It's an interesting turnaround going from being afraid of the camera to a self-portrait artistic project (if the article is to be believed). Good to see it turned out to be a positive motivator. :thumbsup:

BTW, if you want to see a best-by-month transformation, a great forum with a bunch of them is here: http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/forumdisplay.php?f=29 John Stone is a guy who many may remember from 2003/2004 time frame who went from a fat ah heck to pretty lean and has since been very dedicated with fitness.

I love before and after pics like those. It's amazing how much younger people look in the after pics.

I started looking for before pics of myself a few weeks ago and am having a hard time finding 'good' ones. I hid from the camera so much and was always the one holding the camera. By 'good' before pics I mean ones that show me clearly and not hiding behind something or someone else. I wish now that I hadn't because it'd be nice to have some before pics for comparison.
