I use StatCounter on my website to track these things. I'm not expecting it to be all that accurate, especially if a person is using a proxy. I write a newspaper column, and I sometimes mention my website in it, which is where the majority of my hits come from. However, I've gotten a lot of hits from Iran- and they have been spread out among different areas of Iran (atleast according to statcounter).
Also some from Saudi Arabia and Israel.
Why is the Middle East so interested in my website?? All it is is a simple page saying that I do computer work and blah blah; I just use it to occasionally get people to give me a ring in my area.
I have hits all across the US, but most of those are from people searching on google, and just randomly finding my webpage. Other than that, it's pretty much all the ME.
