half life question (can I play team fortress offline?)

Hi, I purchased HL: with cs and all... It says that there should be three disks on the box, but there is only two, hl, and cs.... ANyways, I just installed hl, and with it comes team fortress, which I guess is the third game, just on one cd... Is this normal? This is the game of the year edition.....


ok, I don't have broadband, so is there a way to play the game offline, with bots or anything?
 
I have never tried to play it offline. I got the platinum edition which has 4 discs. With rebates I got it for $4.95.🙂
 
To answer your questions... Yes and yes. You can download a BOT program @ planethalflife.com or you can just load TFC and set it up to play only on 56k servers so that the people playing all have a relatively close ping. I've had this game two years and I still play it regularly online.
