half-life 4.1.0.6 win32 -- right one for the CS junkies?

I'm looking into installing cs1.1 onto a machine here at work [a Colorado ISP] to serve up some games ... we run win2k advanced all the way around --

I have downloaded the hl1106.exe [full CS mod install] and the hlserver4106.exe -- is hlserver4106.exe the right file for HL v1.1.0.6 -- i.e. does it include v1106 of hlds.exe?

Yea should be. Advanced Server is nice, I was running it on my desktop.

Its weird changing over, Ive only been playing since a couple hl.exe's ago.

alrighty, I'm looking here and I go:

hlds -game cstrike

and it starts up and says "incorrect DLL version" and I see the Half-Life version listed as 1.1.0.4.

Is there a 1.1.0.6 dedicated win32 server out there? If not, is there a 1.1.0.4 -> 1.1.0.6 *server* patch?

I don't see it on fileplanet.

what are the client files needed? how big are they?
half life has to be to what version?
this game uses cfg files just like quake2?
