Half Life 2 / Unreal 3 / Doom 3 Graphics Comparison

i was wondering where the doom face was. then i thought, oh! maybe its a joke! oh! thats funny! that is, if you intended a joke.

Is the joke that Doom3's graphics are so dark that you can't see the head or that Doom3 doesn't have heads?
 
Heh I just realized, funny thing is the 2 heads arn't even from ingame screenshots and the only head that is missing could have been from an ingame screenshot 🙂
 
There are a bunch of other Unreal 3 screens floating around that are simply amazing. Someone said each character model in Unreal 3 will have as many polygons as 10,000 UT 2K3 levels.

Yes, you guys should continually hype unreal 3 for a few years so that when it is finally released you are all let down again.

I just got this game the other day with my 6800 card. Man, that game is really good. Tough, great looking, and a pretty cool story.
