I'm stuck in half life 2 episode 2. I made it over to the far side of the bridge where you get the yellow car. The bridge just shifted so how do I get the car to the other side?

It catches you off guard because you think, "there's no way they'd be lazy enough to put in another stupid see-saw puzzle". And then you figure it out... and cry a little inside.

It wasent easy when you think like BD2003. Some of the bridge rubble looked like little path back accross, i thought maybe i could go get alex to help, that was a no go. Charging at top speed at the gap was a no go as well, tried that severel times. Finally i went over to see what was on the bridge, found nothing but cars so i knocked them off for fun and the thing moved to my surprise and didnt collapse.
where exactly is this? other people have mentioned this little puzzle but I must have missed it.Originally posted by: Icepick

Actually, I thought the next puzzle where you had to propel yourself was funny. I found myself in a garage with a rocket launcher and some rockets locked up in a cage. I knew the switch up on the scaffolding had to be thrown but couldn't get up there. First I hopped on the swinging steel and tried to use the gravity gun to propel me from the floor. Well, that only got me a few feet into the air. Then I picked up the paint can and threw it at the switch several times in hopes it would hit it just right. Well, eventually the can exploded and disappeared. So I just stood back for a few moments and looked at the metal grate again. Then I noticed the blood spot up on the ceiling and the guy hanging from the rafters and thought about the guy flying through the air, hiting the ceiling and landing on the rafter. This made me lol a bit. Then I looked down and saw the blackened marks under the grate. Then it hit me. "rocket gordon" LOL

Thanks for the tip guys. Yeah, I guess you have to stop thinking like you're in the real world with this game. Now I'm past that part.
