Half Life 2 Episode 2 Graphics Problem

hey guys,

I just recently downloaded the HL2E2 game from unleashed and i seem to be having some problem with the graphics....like for example when i look at the vortex thing in the sky.....the details go all beserk...and it makes the game very unpleasant to play....i was wondering if it is a problem with the game, my card or the files i got???

My comp specs are 7600GT Card, Q6600 Processor, 2GB Ram, 250GB Disk Space.

Any Help..PLEASE??

You downloaded a pirated copy of the game? You're not going to get a lot of support from folks here.

well i spent my money on crysis and halo 2 only to find out that crysis requires a hek lot of hardware...i ran out of budget...:frown:...i have the original to half life episode 1....

How did u not know that Crysis took astronomical graphics hardware? people on the internet have been bitching about it since the beta. Also they have that lil recommended hardware thing on the box...

well i expected it work at least on low and top of that i got plans of buyyin the new graphics card...i forgot the model i think its the 512 8800 GT/S....so i thought hey! no problem....>_<

That comp should play Crysis on all low settings without issue.

Note to self: Monitor steam forums to see how quickly rash219 gets banned for asking about pirated copy of HL2.
