i've used the uk based version, were very good, sent the wrong cd to me, told me i could keep the one that they had mistakenly sent out.
 
CD-Wow is a top-flight outfit. Excellent customer service.

Only thing is you'll have to wait weeks to receive your order, and there is the possibility of it getting lost.

BTW- There is a $2-off every item link if you search a bit. Got mine for $38.95 shipped.
 
I also thought of ordering with CD-wow. Instead, I had CompuUSA PM to Microcenter's price of $39.82, and am getting a $10 gift card back from CompUSA for a total price<$30 and have been able to start playing right away.
 
Unfortunately there is no Microcenter in my area, so this was the best way. The $10 gc at Compusa is mostly useless to me anyways.
