Basically, i have a 1 port router hooked from my dsl and then going into a 5 port dlink hub (2001 model) and I hooked it up ising force 100 full and also tried autonegociation. What is the difference between full and half and will i see a differencce?/ I dl a lot and my xbox is hooked up to the hub and recognizes as 100/half duplex. An ifo would be great

Anything you hook to a hub will be half duplex.

Full duplex is collision free. Transmission is simutaneous. Half duplex refers to the transmission of data in one direction at a time.
Full duplex with give you more bandwidth and throughput. But you'll need a switch rather than hub.

Definitely.

THe only time when Full duplex comes in is when two pcs are transmitting to each other @ 100Mb/s second.....Basically Duplex allows 2 100Mbit spreams...

Your xbox, the internet or even getting mp3 from a fileserver won't even approach that
