"Half-Bottle" of Champagne

I'm looking at a website, and they are selling a half-bottle of champagne. How does this work?

The bottle is smaller so it only contains 375 ml

Well, look at how much liquid is in a full bottle, and chances are, it's about half that.... and in a smaller bottle too.
