-this seller on ebay is advertising items as new retail or oem. i unfortunately fell for this, and ordered three motherboards. needless to say, all three were neither new retail or oem, and showed obvious signs of damage. the seller refuses to refund. here's an interesing website about his other activities: http://hailmicro.jorgk.com. you've been warned!:frown:

Hey thanks. I don't know if this is the spot for it, but I'm not sure where else you'd post :p. This guy had a bad axe I was just looking at 5 minutes ago!

I bid on some of his m/b's, glad I got outbid. I would rather buy from an individual on EBay rather than an anonymous Storefront operation selling "new" parts, or miss seeing "refurbished" hidden in the small print...
