WOWSERS.

as i said earlier, if the Nets could only get a Real PF or C, they could become a real force in the Eastern Conference.

too bad they let KMart go. :(

agreed, th ePistons are still a better team than the Nets, ok, granted.

however, i can celebrate the win.

btw, IF the Nets DID have a real PF, they could give the Pistons and the Heat a real run for the Eastern Conference crown.

Bah; it's not like they claimed they were going to go 82-0 or something.

Every dog has its day, and that's truer in sports than it is anywhere else.

LET'S GO NETS!!!!!!!!

As for letting Kmart go, that lead to the VC signing so I'm not complaining. Nets need another big frontcourt player. Kristic is great but not intimidating. Collins... he gets some offensive rebounds, does a good dribble-hand-off in the flow of the offense but that's about it. I think Rod Thorn has a move in him before the trade deadline but what does he have of value? Short of packaging RJ in a trade for Garnett (rumored recently) I don't see any killer moves he could make.

I think they would have to give up more than RJ to get Garnett. The Nets would be a vicious team with Garnett PLUS a passable big man.
