Did a quick search for Harry Potter Chamber of Secrets DVD on Ebay and saw a new widescreen one ending in a minute for $7.40

So i bid really quickly and as the page comes back, i won the auction....

2 seconds later i find myself staring in horror as i notice the seller is located in Malaysia..... wh00ps :)

Oh well, ya live and learn...

He has good feedback, just slow ass shipping.... :)

actually, this far in after the original release date, the video quality will actually be good, not crappy. the sound will be decent, but not dolby digital surround =P. so, not too bad a deal.

Get the seller to confirm that it is a legit release, or back out on the grounds that he is auctioning pirated/stolen goods.

I wouldnt sweat the quality though, Ive had a dvd screener for months now, with ac3 if I remember correctly, so I'm pretty sure youll be getting as close to as good as it gets.

Some pirated DVDs are actually exact copies of the original DVDs.. you'd be surprised these actually pirates have "quality control" :D

actually he might, so that he doesn't get turned over to the eBay RIAA/MPAA Enforcers and lose all his feedback when the account is closed.

LOL.. u wont believe the volume of piracy there.. ;)

you HAVE to pirate there... if you go to a movie in the theatre its usually in english with both chinese and malaylayam (sp?) subtitles taking up half the screen.
