I just heard it on the news here, and don't have a link, but you remember those fake Anna Kournikova nude pictures that Penthouse published cause they originally thought they were of her? Well some guy in Florida is suing the magazine because the only reason he forked over the $8.99 was to see her...

Nope it would be a class action lawsuit.

He would probbly win. Remember 1/3 goes to the lawyer. Which in return the lawyer give the guy some cut since he help started the class.
