I tried to a search one day. I think he got banned for neffing, back when we cared about trying to stop nefs.

Since the forums no longer exist, can you describe the gist of it?

rallispec.net forums still exist (although when he was banned that was hosted by Dixiesys and those forums are gone gone gone).

I believe I am currently hosting his forums, if the WHOIS shows "hostingmyway.com" then it's me.

it is. Check out his photoshops. My fav was the one about sitcoms you'd never wanna see. It was the cast of "8 Simple Rules" with a skeleton where John Ritter was.
