How far is too far in the Spore Creature Creator? PC Gamer's Kristen Salvatore found out the hard way this morning when she got a time-out in her email from EA.

Less than a day after responding to Tim Edward?s ?member? contribution to the Spore Creature Creator community with ?Boobalicious??a somewhat more gynocentric take on the same theme?she received the following cordial but unambiguous email:
Hello [Perv],
Your Electronic Arts account has been flagged for violating the Electronic Arts Inc Terms of Service. We believe that the violation or behavior is serious enough to bring to your attention as it may impact your future access to the service.

Violation:
<Violation: Inappropriate Content ?Creature <violation type:Nudity> < Asset Name:Boobalicious>

Understanding the EA Terms of Service is extremely important, should you have any general questions or concerns please review the Terms of Service. Should you then need additional assistance, or wish to appeal a violation, you can contact us.

Note that EA did not actually call Kristen Salvatore a ?perv??I added that tiny embellishment only because we all know that they were thinking it.

Because he?s in the UK and either asleep or drunk, we don?t know yet if Tim Edwards received a similar email, nor do we know whether or not being the first guy to create a giant penis in Spore means the same thing over there in the UK as it does here in the States.

It?s also unclear what tipped EA off. An eagle-eyed intern on the hunt for moral turpitude? Maybe the name Boobalicious was a bit of a spoiler.

Kristen?who received the email today while attending a pre-E3 judging event in Los Angeles?has emailed PR for a comment on their lack of ?support??get it??for her creature., and we?ll update you as soon as we get a response.

I don't understand how that should resemble boobies. Other than the name I doubt that creature would invoke the idea of boobies unless you're into the more strange and exotic offerings of life.
