Haha, sometimes this job cracks me up...

I was working with this guy, walking him through the modem installation. We were on the final steps, testing the connection, & I start hearing this crackling noise in the background. I heard him yell "What's going on down there?" I heard a voice, & then he said "Oh sh!t, I'll have to call you back. Click." He hung up on me.

Nah, this is DSL... He should have been able to connect with me on the phone too. I'm not sure what the noise I heard was, but it wasn't an analog modem.
