Haha, my local grocery ad cracks me up

So I'm eating some potato chips and flipping through my local Meijer ad, and I see they've got a Senior Day this Monday, where everything in the store is 15% off for people 62 and older. Here's the text of the ad:
Special Savings are valid for Senior Citizens age 62 or older. Please bring your identification to verify your age for the 15% savings. Senior Citizens' savings not valid on gift cards, Health and Beauty Care, prescriptions, gas stations, grocery, alcohol, tobacco, lottery, layaway, diapers and wipes.
They actually bolded that last part. I can just imagine at 6:30 a.m. on Monday, seeing 94 senior citizens in line with their carts stacked high with "Oops I Crapped My Pants!"

😛

basically it's only valid on stuff like clothes, gardening stuff, cleaners, etc. Their prices for groceries are already so low that any lower and they'd lose money.

Heh I noticed that part too. It's kinda like they're saying "This coupon is not valid on anything in our store, but you're just dumb enough to show up anyway. And if that's the case odds are you'll buy something while you're here."
