I don't think it was banned but rather not shown in the US. I remember seeing it one those shows that feature sexually suggestive foreign commercials, but I guess calling it banned makes people more interested in those shows when we just don't see it here.

If it's banned, it's probably because one of the stipulations of the contract she signed is that the commercial will never be shown in the US.

I've seen that commercial plenty of times in the USA......a few YEARS ago, when it was new! Oh yeah, and that guy would have enjoyed himself much more if he'd lifted her up to grab them herself!!
