I live in the biggest freshman dorm on campus. And, most, if not 95% of the kids here, have their own cell phones. All floors below the fifth floor (there are 6 floors and I'm on the 2nd floor) get absolutely NO cell reception...NONE at all.
Well, my family just got a shared plan with unlimited nights and weekends that start at 9 p.m. every night. I went out tonight at 9:02 to make some calls to friends (free long distance too!) and I was practically stuck in a line to get outside b/c of all the people with their cell phones. I guess they were all making their 9:00 calls too.
I dunno...I just found it humorous that there's a rush to get outside at 9:00 to make your cell phone calls.
