While widely held to be one of the finest coffees in the world, it is actually very bad coffee.
Everyone in the coffee knows this.
And, it sells so slowly, being so expensive, that it is typically stale when served.
I have purchased fresh green beans from the Mavis Bank in the wooden barrels, and it was still crap.
