So i had a monthly review for my job. I work for a tech support for an isp. On a monthly basis my boss will take a random call of mine to review. So we listen to a call i had the person called in saying they had a problem with their wireless. Of course this is the usual type of person who says their os is Dell. So i ask them what the problem is they say that they need help with their wireless because it is insecure (i really hope they meant unsecure). At this point without missing a beat i tell the person that they should sit down with their wireless and tell it how good it has been and that it has been doing a really good job. The person just went huh, but at this point in the call my boss actually fell out of his chair laughing. Oh how one letter can change a whole sentence. Just wanted to share that little bit of humor for the day.
