Had to RMA my dead Sony DVD burner...

So my burner decided to stop working. It wouldn't even read disks anymore, not even a year old yet 🙁 . Anyway, Sony will end up sending me a new one. I sent it out on Friday, hopefully they get to testing it soon and send a replacement quickly.

Anyone ever have to RMA a Sony product? How long did it take for them to send something back to you?

anyways my motherboard is sitting 15 minutes away from me at the airport in a bin, I had to RMA my other one from newegg i've been without my computer for almost 2 weeks 🙁 luckily fedex is working today 🙂 if they sort the bin i'm going to pick it up after work.

The Sony people have the day off. It says "Receiver on holiday". Bastards. :|

doh! I didn't click details 🙁 how come it seems everywhere but the 3 places, 1 of which is the place you work are not closed on these holidays.
