I actually got good customer service somewhere.
I bought a starter for my car about six months ago, and it just went bad. It had a one year warranty on it. Long story short, I had to buy a new one before I could return the old one. The one I bought today cost about $30 more than the one I bought last time (I bit on the one with the longer warranty), well, when I went to get my money back for the first one that I puchased they couldnt find it in the computer, so the guy just gave me my money back for the one I had purchased today. So I actually ended up $30 ahead!
