I don't think theres any possible way to get a positive airflow over noise rating....look at it, 36cfm @ 31.db!

A friggen delta puts out 46db!

It's nearly impossible to do that.
Unless it's bigger than 60mm.
 
Ya i definatly agree those fan specs look like a load of BS to me.
If its rotating at about 4500rpm is gonna be about 22-23cfm, thats a big gap from 36 cfm! I highly doubt they found some super new fin design, that beats out Papst or Delta.

An 80mm fan can get those specs, but they say its a 60x25mm fan.
