Hey guys, had my 21st b-day party! My fiancee (the greatest girl in the world that she is) surprised me 3 times on Saturday. First, for lunch, my brother took me out to Hooter's and the Beer Cellar... I had two rolling rocks @ Hooters (which the Hooters girls paid for) and at the beer celler I had a shot of blueberry Schnapps, two Woodchuck Cider Ambers draft, some leuidenbock beer or something like that, very dark. Then I drank a Woodchuck cider Granny Smith... so I had a pretty good buzz on after 6 beers and a shot.
While my brother and I were out doing out thing, my fiancee completely loaded my bedroom with party supplies (stuff hanging from ceiling, confetti all over my desk, streamers, etc) so when I walked into my room she scared the crap outta me with that first surprise.
Then, she went home to get cleaned up and told me to get ready for dinner... so she put on a blind fold and drove me to some mystery restaurant. Long story short....our favorite restaurant, which we have probably dumped upwards of a $1000 into the last 2 or 3 years closed down about 5 months ago. She drove me (still blindfolded) to another restaurant in that chain that was like 35 minutes north of us that I never knew about... she took the blindfold off in the restaurant and her parents were there... they bought me dinner and about 4 Margarites and 1 pina colada.
THEN I get the blindfolded again. It's later now, 9 o clock. We show up at a bar and about 20 of my friends were there ready for me!! She set it all up. Because it was my b-day, the bar was offering my whole group 50 cent domestic drafts and $2.50 long island ice teas allll night. I had about 7 L.I.T.s, a double shot of 151 (which I yacked about 30 seconds later). .... some drink that was a shot dropped into a glass of Guiness.... one beer from a guy at the bar who heard it was my bday and one freaking fun night! =) No pics.
