Had first driving lesson today!

Well, today, after summer school, I ate lunch and then headed out towards the Silver Dodge Stratus for Driver's Ed. The first hour was the other girls turn who had had a lot of practice before hand. She went in a neighborhood and on a street or two getting to and from the school. I got in, did a few small turns in the parking lot, all the easy stuff, and my turning wasn't great, but it got better. Infact, it got so good that he took me out on the road for about 40 minutes of the hour! Either he was building my confidence or I was just doing good.

Whatever it is, I really think driving the Mclaren F1 in Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 many times really helped out 😉

Turning is the easy part - wait until you get to driving in a snow on a 55 mph deserted country road. 🙂

EDIT: was the other girl hot? Pics?

Her name was Sara, and no I don't carry a digital camera to take pics of every girl I see. I switch partners tomorrow since today was a makeup for when I missed on Tuesday since I got braces on that day.

The guy tries to crack too many jokes and so he isn't very funny anymore. Oh yeah, her body w asn't great but she had nice skin and a skinny stomach which is a plus. Tomorrow, its a Chinese girl who isn't that bad... but not my kind,.

The thing about turning is people don't move the wheel. They forget to realize that the more you turn the wheel, the more you turn.

When I went to driving school, they took us right on the road. The scariest parts of my life were in that driver's ed car. Two girls and this other kid who thought he was gods gift to driving. Mean while he ran over a cone when we drove through a construction site, and almost slammed the car into a bank. The instructor had to slam on the breaks. The girls were fun, one turned the car on 2 wheels because she didn't see the huge dumpster to the right. The other one was pretty good but too cautious. Drove 10 under the limit and was afraid to turn, especially if there were cars in the distance.

I screwed around when I was in the car too. I convinced the instructor to let me on the highway after some pleading, man did that Taurus fly. People would try to intidate me because of the big yellow sign on the roof. This woman in a mini-van kept riding my tail. Finally when she went to pass me on the right, I sped up and changed lanes. She got very irate and we played that game for a few more minutes until she turned down a street. My instructor just laughed at me and said "Next time she honks at you, smile and wave"...
 
uhhh strange i had no clue that the population of anantech is that young...no wonder why the majority doesnt like macs...you fear the unknown
 
My dad gave me driving lessons and one time this guy got mad because we were practicing in his neighborhood and began to yell at us from his house. My dad got as mad as hell and made me ram his parked car and drive off.

Now we got too many old people who don't like PC's because they fear the unknown.. 😉 j/k

Really, yes there are young people, but people like what they use, thats natural. While a Mac is good, so is a PC. Both have there places, and if more like PC's, then more do. I don't think age has much to do with this because I like whatever gets the job done better and faster for me.
