Hey--

I just had my icq number stolen. Was talkin to some kid and he was talking about his hacker friends so i basically ignored him. All the sudden a message came up that my uin was in use on another computer. I logged back in and changed my password, then within 30 seconds it happened again. I'm behind a rather strict firewall and I checked my task manager, no keyloggers running. What happened? And how can i get it back? I've emailed the icq tech support team but i dunno what they can do. Lemme know if you guys have heard anything. For the record, i'm using 2001b 5.17 build 3624

if anyone can help, please do.

change ur pw from another computer, then do a clean format of your computer. there could be a trojan on it or something. there's this program i used to see on my computer. it would monitor everythign you do on it and take snapshots of ur screen; the program would even email all the data to another address. i doubt that's what's happening to urs, but there could be a trojan on ur pc. just an idea.
