Had a Flat tire lately???

Walked outta work today to discover my tire was about %90 flat. :| Just enough for me to make it to a Walmart 2 blocks away. I get there and the guy tells me, "3 hours" before I can even get to it". WHAT!@! Ok so a Light go's off in my head, "Fix-A-Flat"
Ok so the Wife and I start Home. We Jump on the freeway, the tire is making a wierd noise still, but figured that was just from the goop I just pumped into it. We exit onto the freeway get about 2 miles and BOOM!!!! :Q Time to pull it over. So after I get the tired changed, ruining my favorite tie, we get home. The wife says "Ohh I almost forgot, I invited my Parents over for dinner tonight earlier today. There gonna be arriving in about an hour and I told them you would Grill.

Well the Burgers have been cooked the inlaws sent on thier way and yours truly is having a cold one! :beer:

Because the tire is only about 3 months old and figured I just picked up a nail which fix-a-flat can fix for the time being.

I've been told by several different tire shops that fix a flat basically ruins your tire. Something about putting it out of balance and that most shops won't patch a tire after that stuff's been put in.
