New Stat Page

I was tired of the stats grabber timing out trying to get stats from DNET, so I offloaded that feature to a popup window. I then decided to do that with my pProxy status feature (thanks Nuke) so that my machine isn't parsing the file everytime someone opens the main page.

Tell me what you think. I am in the process of doing the same with the daily php stat page as well, but there is more code to work with there, so it might take some time.

PS Mindless, it wouldn't be implemented right away. We don't have PHP for the webbox, so we'd either have to examine putting it on, or coding it in a different format

Plus, keep in mind this if for daily purposes only. THis version of ppstats doesn't support a history feature. Once some of the new versions come out supporting Databases, then we could look to something with the history.
