Hackintosh with 2 Graphics Cards

After discovering that I can use my work software in OS X, I decided to hackintosh my work machine. It's working fine except for one small problem, I can't get 2 graphics cards working on it. The machine is a Gigabyte P35-DS3L. I have a 7800 GTX in the PCI-E slot and an 8400 GS in a PCI slot. If they are both in, only the 7800 works. However, if I remove the 7800, I can use the 8400. I tried following this guide but I ended up getting the same PCI root for each device. Is this because one is PCI-E and one is PCI? Am I being a total noob and missing a step? Is multiple graphics cards using 2 different interfaces even possible in a hack?

I'm not entirely certain, but I think a dual card setup with a Hackintosh may require dual PCI-E slots. It's definitely possible though to use dual video cards in a Hack with the right hardware.

You should ask mosslack- he's the king of multi-card, multi-monitor setups for Hackintosh.
