Hacking holga lenses

Has anyone ever hacked a holga lens?

Just wondering if anyone has tried it - was thinking about undertaking it this winter.

it's just a hunk of plastic, not glass. and holgas are like $20 for the whole thing. they're toy cameras with a cult following because the images are blurred (dreamy) and the body leaks light.
