I had the same question because I have two. It only appears to affect people using their auto update software. It's in the linked article though. So if you just install drivers and don't install anything else, you should be fine.

I use Lenovo auto update software called "System Update", and the article mentions other vendors are affected. So I'm curious to know which vendors are also affected.
