Hacked?

I was using Firefox .9.1 and looked up a word throught the add-on extension and went back to another tab I was looking at and when I went back to the dictionary tab it had a new word (f**khead) in it. I certainly didn't look that word up so either it was a hacker or a act of the spiritual world lol. I have a Netgear wireless router. I have WPA security set up now but only 128bit WEP the first few days I purchased it. I have zonealarm pro as well. Here is my hijackthis listing. Is there anything I need to delete or close to make sure I am safe. My computer I use mainly is hardwired and my notebook is wireless. I use the mac filtering for only those two computers and I change the default domain name right away. Thanks for your help in advance. I also have Spybot and Norton antivirus (up to date) and adaware6.0 and run them all regularly.
