Yup, same voltage

As a kid, I used to have those little battery operated cars. I used AA batts instead of D Cells in flashlights, and D Cells instead of AA Batts in those cars. Only difference is that the D cells last a lot longer

A lot of 9v batteries do NOT have "AAAA" batteries inside of them. Instead, they use stacked rectangular batteries. Those of us with Streamlight Stylus's have known this for many years.

Some brands do. Some brands don't. And I seem to recall that some have changed over the years.

the last one of those batteries I opened looked nothing like that. it had a bunch of small rectangular dirty piles that made my hands dirty, and that made me never open one again anymore :thumbsdown:
