Haans 19" HU-196D $130 AR - any good?

I need a quick replacement for an old 17" CRT that's just been thrown out.
It's an old PII computer that acts as a dependable 2nd unit. Is this deal worth it?
The comments on ******seem to indicate it's not bad.
I'd prefer the Viewsonic VX2025, but it doesn't appear that it's going to cost less than $250 any time in the near future (unless there's a rebate):

Many people seem to love the monitor. Even those who consider the monitor fugly usually change their minds after receiving it. Seems to be a decent monitor, actually tieing with Dells in some peoples opinions. Although the Dell is still better hands down. It pays to stick to the DVI connection though.
