i dont know... i just bought the thermistor and replaced it, also blew it out thoroughly with compressed air

error code 37!!!


hold input + menu button for 5 seconds, to see the status light blink the number of the error code

2 digits.... blinks 3 times, and then 1 second pause, and then 7 times

means (excessive lamp temperature)

it wasn't all THAT hot in the living room... so i figured it was the actual thermistor (i'm a computer wizard afterall)

bought it, took it apart, replaced it...

powered it on.. no error code, and tv boots right up... fucking awesome... i got it for free (well as payment for a small computer job) it has SD/micro/etc inputs, as well as DVI/component/SVGA

great TV, the picture is great, i'm watching Django right now and having wine and about to have some great herb... life is good
