H81 P33 MSI Motherboard deal worth it ?

Hi, I'm building a gaming rig where I'll intend to have following spec :

Processor : i5 - 4590
Memory : 2x4 gb
Gfx Card : GTX 970 MSI

It's ending today, so it's a now or never situation. Is this motherboard reliable quality or should I go for the gigabyte or Asus ones instead ? PS. I'm on a tight budget and would like to save as much as possible.

I have done a few (3 I believe) builds with this board and they all worked out great and are working as of today. No problems- everything worked. Board is low end only two ram slots but it will do the job fine.

However: that board is a little outdated. I'd recommend either an Intel 9x Haswell or 10x Skylake series board, such as:
