H61 versus H67 Intel Express Chipset

Can someone tell me why I might choose one chipset over the other, "other than" the fact that an H67 chipset has more USB ports and a couple of more SATA ports?

I think I may be good to go with an H61 chipset.

This link on Intels website makes no statement one way or the other about whether the H67 has Intel Quick Resume technology. Its just an empty cell.

Thanks for any suggestions and/or insights.

I would go with no it does not support quick resume, but that only really useful if you are going to use the board in media center style system. Plus it turns out it only works on windows media center 2005 anyway ( Details)

I would go more on would you need the extra sata/usb or price of the boards
