Hey everyone,
I'm having some horrendous times with an H61 build. I've assembled everything and successfully booted up albeit intermittently yesterday. Today however, the computer simply refuses to POST. There is no functioning video output to my monitor nor status beeps coming from the motherboard speaker. Nothing I do seems to make it get into the BIOS at the very least. I don't know where to go from here except to try to RMA the board. Any ideas?

Rig Details:
- MSI H61M-P23 Motherboard
- Intel Core i3-2100 CPU w/ stock cooling
- 2x2GB Corsair DDR3-1333 RAM
- Sapphire HD 5870 GPU w/ aftermarket cooling
- 120GB OCZ Vertex SSD
- Corsair TX650 PSU
- Motherboard & CPU came from FS forum, likely culprit. Clear CMOS doesn't seem to fix any issues, nor does resetting RAM, removing/using integrated graphics/dedicated graphics. Boot up with only RAM, Mobo, PSU, and CPU doesn't work.
- RAM has been tested in 3 separate systems, has never been overvolted and is unlikely to be the culprit.
- Graphics card has been tested in 2 separate systems. overheating is a non issue now that I've installed an Arctic Cooling Accelero Xtreme GPU cooler on it.
- SSD has worked for 3 separate systems. Works fine and has the latest firmware.
- PSU has worked for 2 separate systems. My system rarely requires more than 350 watts so I can't imagine that this is failing.
