H264 P2P Video transmission

Hello there.

I want to have one direction transmission of H264 compressed video stream (Just video No Audio) from one WIn7 computer to another (i.e. P2P) in the most effiecient way.
Is there any recommended protocol for this transmission ?
Can I use RTP protocol ? or .... any other suitable protocol?

Hi Yoram!

You don't need to post new threads each time. All 3 topics are very similar. I would imagine security camera or webcam streaming software is what you want. If you post why you want to do these things in addition to what you want to do, you may be able to get more useful replies. (I know mine isn't very useful)
