H100i v2 install on 5820k asus x99 pro

I just installed a h100i v2 on a asus x99 pro and i cant plug the usb plug into the cpu block because it hits a heatsink on my motherboard, so i installed it with the corsair logo vertical is this ok does it fit the same? I couldve got it on the normal way but i was scared it wouldn't fit flush on the cpu, i might pull it off and file a bit off the plug but i just wanted to make sure the way i installed it was ok. Im get idle temps in the 27-29C range and i load in the 50's seems good just wanted to know if anyone using the same board and cooler.
 
Not the same board OR cooler, but similar enough.
MSI x99a Mpower LGA 2011-3 w/ corsair H110i GTX.
With a 5820k I idle between 25-30c depending on ambient temps. Load hits ~50-55c
