H100 Replacement Question...

Hello all -

Long story short, I have an H100 paired up with a 3930k OC'ed to 4.5GHz @ 1.320 vcore. My temps never exceed 72c but the damn fans are too loud. I tried replacing them with a pair of NF-F12's but temps got worse, way worse. I have my rig built around a Corsair 600T case so I have no room for a push pull configuration, I wouldn't want that anyway. I can't deal with 2 stock Corsair fans, let alone 4 and the gains would be minimal, not worth it IMO.

My question is, if I replaced the H100 with a Noctua NH-D14, what kind of temperature increase do you guys think I can expect?

The temps would be about 5-10C increase with the switch to a Noctua NH-D14 but also depends if the case airflow is good. If stock Corsair fans are too loud, the Noctua NF-F12 should be fine even if the temps approach near 80s. Else, try some Scythe GTs.
