H100 and motherboard?

I have an h100 with a gigabyte ud5 x79
I'm plugging my 2x cougar vortex into the h100 itself and plugging that into the motherboard
the 200mm fan on the front and the scythe gt 1850 are connecting to the motherboard

The settings on the motherboard are on normal.
Is this the best way to connect my set up?

Use Scythe GT as the fans for the radiator, preferably as an intake to blow cold air over the radiator. Doesn't really matter if you want to plug the 3/4 pin header directly to the motherboard or to the Corsair unit itself, each has its pros and cons.
